I need a refund!!

I tried canceling my account and there is no where to do it!! I want my money refunded. It over drafted my bank account. I want to cancel and want a refund. THis is ridiculous how hard it is to cancel!

Time is of the essence when requesting refunds. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. When I go to my-upgrades, it says nothing is available. There is absolutely no where for me to cancel.

In cases like this we usually dis over the blogger has more than one username account and is logged in under the wrong account.
Exactly which are you trying to cancel?
Exactly which username account purchased the upgrade?
Exactly which blog URL did that username account purchase the upgrade for?

I started this like 2 years ago or maybe a year ago and never did anything more with it because I couldn’t figure it out. I cannot find how to cancel it and don’t know what I am doing! I want to cry I’m so frustrated!

Do not lose your cool. It’s only a blog and this thread is tagged for Staff interrelation. After they answer the threads tagged with modlook prior to this one being tagged they will assist you. There is a backlog so your patience is required while waiting.

It’s $100 that I do not have. It overdrafted my account which has had a snowball effect and I have been charged $37.50 3 times because of it. I am VERY upset. When I go on my account it says I have a free account. I have no idea what is going on and I need that money back.
