I need a refund

    Hi,

    I had made a payment of $99 on 6th Dec, 2012 to buy a premium account on WordPress and get my own customized URL blog address.

    Now I feel there are too many limitations as I do not have access to the HTML code of my blog page.

    I have to include my brand icon and link it to my site on the header but it limits me to only use the brand name.

    I would request you to kindly make a refund of $99 as i would prefer having my blog on my local server which will provide me with full access to the code and make any required changes i would need.

    Please look into this on urgent basis.

    Hi Aavaz, you can cancel and refund eligible upgrades via Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard (click “cancel and refund” link where it appears). It takes 1-2 weeks for your refund to post.
