  I can’t log in to wordpress on app and only had it going once for the computer..

  How do I go about getting a refund for tooqubed.Com .

  I registered it with (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Please refer to this thread, specifically the final statements made by staff: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/everything-is-broke/. You must be logged into the appropriate account in order to cancel the associated subscriptions, wether you are eligible for a refund or not will be dependent on the amount of time the subscription has been in place.
