Yesterday I was charged an annual fee for a site that I forgot about that never went. I need a refund please.

You can request cancellation and refund from the Manage Purchases page. Otherwise, please contact support.
You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. After processing, refunds usually take about 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

Hi @chandler8000 – I don’t see any sites or upgrades on the account you used to create this topic. What is the website URL that you were charged for?
A couple of other questions: Are you sure you are logged into the correct WordPress.com account? Or, is it possible you have a WordPress site, but that it is hosted somewhere else? If it’s the latter, you will need to contact that host directly.
