    Hi there – I was incorrectly charged an additional £15 when I am no longer a customer of yours. I need this refunding asap. Thank you.

  • Hi @aticcersguidetolife, I see you were refunded a week or so ago for £36.00 — do you have a separate account where the £15 charge occurred? Are you able to log out and log back in as that user?

    Also, that price sounds like a domain name, for what it’s worth; do you know what domain that would be associated with?
