I Need a Refund

I have both a forum thread (https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/need-a-refund-2/?view=all#post-3834537), no closed, and a recent help ticket regarding this issue (no follow-up response and a tone indicating it is closed). We don’t seem to be getting anywhere.
I have been ignored for the past couple of months by WordPress when attempting to get a refund for my latest renewal. I have been explaining my situation until blue in the face. Please help me resolve. I don’t believe that I should be charged given a) I misplaced my original user credentials upon the time of renewal, and b) I reached out on a few separate occasions within the refund window, albeit with a different email address. I received no response until very recently.
I have been told that issues concerning billing should be addressed outside of the forum, however I have been unable to find a viable alternative. My one open ticket (to my knowledge), is with a password reset ‘happiness engineer.’ If there is a more suitable means to contact WordPress, then please let me know as I keep being pointed to this forum. It shouldn’t be this hard to get connected.

When you cancelled your plan, you were reverted to the level of support reserved for free sites – which is the free support forums here.
However, pulling up your ticket with WordPress.com support, it looks like they had responded to your inquiry yesterday and you were satisfied with their response.
Since they already handled your issue via email, we’ll mark this thread as closed.
