I need a refund

I just signed up for wordpress.com 2 days ago. I realized yesterday that I can not use any theme I wanted and I can only use wordpress.com themes and I need to change to wordpress.org to use the theme I want. I tried to contact you guys yesterday but I still have not heard back. Is there a phone number that I can call to cancel my account and get a refund? I need this done asap as I need my website for my job. Please let me know how to cancel and get a refund asap!

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
