I need a refund for a purchase

  I recently purchased two items from the WordPress store before I realized I could transfer the bundle from one blog to the other. I have attempted to cancel both of my purchases (I only bought them 2 days ago), but I have not received any confirmation emails nor any refund despite filling out the cancellation information. Please help.
