I need a refund for a transaction

    I was charged 13$ for domain mapping when I didn’t put it on automatic (I now live in India and want to get the payment transferred to my indian credit card not my american one) but it debited from my paypal on 6th/7th June. Please help. A few days ago I actually managed to successfully set up a refund but now when I look at purchases nothing is mentioned. When I checked Paypal, there was no refund.

    Hi there,

    I can see your domain mapping was renewed on 6 June, but it was cancelled and refunded on 7 June.

    The refund was definitely issued on our side, and would have gone back to the same card or PayPal account that was used for the original payment. If you haven’t received it, please contact PayPal directly. In the receipt for the refund in your billing history you’ll find the transaction ID for the refund that PayPal can use to track down the transaction:
