I need a refund for my bold news theme and $99 upgrade

After purchasing both the bold news theme and 99 upgrade through the wordpress website, I realized I need to be self hosted to do what my site needs. Bold News also wasn’t appropriate for my needs. I have submitted a cancel/refund request twice now and have received no emails in response from wordpress. How do I receive my refunds?

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can request a premium theme refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard
