  It is impossible to get help from bluehost. I am at my wit’s end. I have never experienced such appalling customer service and now it seems it is impossible to talk to wordpress as well

  We can’t help as wordpress.com is in no way related to Bluehost. There is no way we can force Bluehost to refund you.
