I need a refund or keep my money in my account

I subscribed to a one – year plan. Somehow, I found that I subscribed again after half a year. I’m not sure if it was an accidental operation. Now I’ve downgraded to the free plan. I’d like you to refund the $48 to me, or credit this amount to my account so that I can use it for my WordPress services in the future.
