  Hi there, I just got a receipt saying my account was renewed but I haven’t been using WordPress for awhile now. Can I please get a refund? Thank you!

  Hi thatstylishwife,

  Sorry to see you go! You should be able to navigate to Manage Purchases page, find the service that you’d like to refund and click, Cancel and Refund. From there, you can follow the on-screen instructions to complete the request.

  Hi folks, for what it’s worth, this account does not have any upgrades on it. Can you log out, then log back in using the email address that got the receipt?
