I need a theme similar to twenty-eleven, but with twitter/facebook follow button
-
Theme twenty-eleven is working fine on climatevulture.com, with its custom header and display of the same url-linked photos both on the home page blog list and on individual blogs. Now I need a theme that will give similar results but will have a widget for follow buttons for twitter, facebook, etc. on the home page. Can you recommend one? If it’s a paid theme, can I use it on two blogs?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You can add follow buttons to any theme you choose, including Twenty Eleven. Here are the instructions:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-social-media-buttons-to-your-sidebar-or-footer/If you prefer a theme that has social media buttons in the header, you can look at:
Free:
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/fictive/
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/sorbet/
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/mystique/Premium:
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/designfolio/
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/vagabond/
http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/bold-news/There are some others, but I thought this would be a good start.
Each premium theme can only be used on one of your sites.
Please let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks much!

It worked, sort of. When I paste this text into the widget:
<div><img title=”Twitter” src=” http://energyvulture.files.wordpress.com/2014/07/twittericon.jpg” alt=”Twitter” width=”20″ height=”20″ /> <img title=”Facebook” src=” http://energyvulture.files.wordpress.com/2014/07/facbookicon.jpg” alt=”Facebook” width=”20″ height=”20″ /> <img title=”Google+” src=” https://energyvulture.files.wordpress.com/2014/07/googleicon.jpg” alt=”FGoogle+” width=”20″ height=”20″ /><img title=”LinkedIn” src=” https://energyvulture.files.wordpress.com/2014/07/linkedinicon1.jpg” alt=”LinkedIn” width=”20″ height=”20″ />
And save it, I get this: (it deletes the href for LinkedIn). All the other icons work, but there’s no link for the LinkedIn one. any ideas?
<div><img title=”Twitter” src=”http://energyvulture.files.wordpress.com/2014/07/twittericon.jpg” alt=”Twitter” width=”20″ height=”20″ /> <a href=”
//www.facebook.com/emorhardt”><img title=”Facebook” src=”http://energyvulture.files.wordpress.com/2014/07/facbookicon.jpg” alt=”Facebook” width=”20″ height=”20″ /> <img title=”Google+” src=”https://energyvulture.files.wordpress.com/2014/07/googleicon.jpg” alt=”FGoogle+” width=”20″ height=”20″ /><img title=”LinkedIn” src=”https://energyvulture.files.wordpress.com/2014/07/linkedinicon1.jpg” alt=”LinkedIn” width=”20″ height=”20″ /> -
Well, that’s a little confusing. In the note I just sent you it deleted all of the href=” references

Hi there! I can take a look at your code in your widget, if you like, but I’m not seeing a text widget that contains your social media icons currently installed in your sidebar. If you can save/leave it there, I can help you troubleshoot the LinkedIn problem. If you don’t want it to appear in your sidebar as it’s not yet functioning as you’d like, you can paste all your code into a post and save it as a draft so it doesn’t publish online. I’ll still be able to view it, however.
Let me know when this is set up, and where on your site I should be looking for those icons.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.
