I need a way to import more than 10 users per week. We have 200-400 users giving us their email address every week . I have twice requested an answer and have received none. Posterous allowed up to 1000 users to be imorted to our smartpack blog at a time. I look forward to your help in this

Can you clarify why you are adding users to your blog? Since your site is public, people can follow your blog without having to be registered as a user on your site:

People give us there email addresses on our site so we subscribe them to the blog where they get a tips ,tricks and trend blog article once a month. They give their addresses knowing this and in exchange for downloading something from our site. They can unsubscribe if they find they dont like the blog

With the add followers feature, we limit it to 10 email addresses at a time to prevent spam abuse.
You can continue to go through this process, or you could add the Follow Blog widget, and people can self-subscribe to your site via email. You would be able to view your list of email followers by going to your stats page:
