  I need account support but can’t find anywhere I can actually get help from someone who works at Word Press – where can I find the contact info for Word Press support?

  If you have a paid plan you are entitled to live chat and email support. Otherwise you get help in this public forum.

  If you have a paid plan, you may try filling out the contact form at https://wordpress.com/help/contact for assistance. They’ve said that live chat is temporarily going to be limited to the premium plan and above, Personal plan users will get responses via mail.

  If you are on a free plan, you can write your query here and one of their staff (or other community members) will assist. Lastly, do make use of their support documentation to see if its something you can figure out on your own.
