I need ACTUAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I need to contact actual customer support. NOT THE COMMUNITY. I have an account issue.

Hello there,
amityebacon.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.Deleted blog URLs cannot be recycled http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
Deleting blog content does not remove it from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. http://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/
Deleting accounts http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
This is a peer support forum where Volunteers and Staff work cooperatively to deliver WordPress.com support. There is no phone support here and we Volunteers do not provide support by email.
Volunteers answer most questions posted into forum threads and Staff monitor. When Volunteers cannot provide the required support we flag threads for Staff attention. Please simply post exactly what you need help with.

I have upgraded my wordpress blog to my own domain name. Now what? When I google my domain name the old wordpress blog comes up. Do I edit and manage the site the same way as when it was a blog. What am I actually paying for here?
-
@guy – you bought your domain name today – it take several weeks for search engines to get used to a domain name change – the good news is that as the search engines crawl your old web address’s they will be redirected to the new domain name and the new name will gradually replace the old domain name
All the links to your old site will be redirected to your new site automatically
-
PS – you log-in and edit with the old dashboard – the name your visitors see is all that changes
-
Do not edit any links – you will break them!
You got what you paid for and over time usually 3 – 4 months Google and Bing will re-index your content under the new URLs. You paid to have the seamless redirect of all visitors clicking the original .wordpress.com URLs to the domain URLs and that’s what you have. In fact that is exactly what domain mapping is for and what it does. On the front of the blog the URLs appear as the domain URLs on the Admin side your media files reflect the root .wordpress.com site URL as they should.
