  I’m trying to upgrade to Personal Plan,for 2.99 dollars I can pay that amount & still be left with something…so i don’t understand or do u deduct a total amount? If so,then my funds are insufficient,but for 2.99 dollars it can do…

  I am sorry to inform but all the paymets to WordPress
  Plans are annually..!
  You can’t pay monthly that is 2.99 $
  The total annual payment is done.
  But, if you to assure you for quality services, there is 30 day Refund policy.
