  I need an image permanently deleted so it will be removed from Google Images. The site is deleted, but the direct link is still available.

  I need an engineer to delete this asap! Please get back to me and I will send the link.

  It’s not particularly gruesome but I’d rather not share it with other members. I will need a WordPress engineer to delete it, or if you have any general tips that I can pursue myself, I’d appreciate it,

  I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Staff have earlier indicated that the image cache on WordPress.com is emptied about once every 3 days, so it should be gone the next time Google crawls. That said, they can remove it if the situation is urgent. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  If the page/image has been deleted from your site but is still showing up in the Google cache, you will need to contact Google directly to ask them to remove it:
