I need an image to show up in the widget side bar, instead of a question mark.

I requested help several weeks ago and my problem was not addressed. I want to post an image on my blog on the right side, in the widget sidebar area (Liebster award). It is not visible – there is only a question mark. I have tried resizing the image and going through many uploads, but it still won’t show up – nor will any other image. I would like to know how to get an image to appear! Thank you. Here is my blog link: http://www.myjourneysinsight.com

Hi there,
I see that in your Image widget, you’ve linked to a page on your blog. Instead, what you should do is go to your Media Library, find the image which you would like to use there, click on it, and then on the right hand side there will be an address which you can use. Copy that address and then paste it into the Image widget. That will allow the image to display properly in the sidebar!

I do have a link to the page on the blog if people click on it – there’s a place for me to put that called “link URL.” However, for the image address, I most definitely have used my media Library link and it hasn’t worked. I can show some screen shots to help but I don’t know how to attach them here.

Hi there,
What is currently been entered for the Image URL is not a link to your Media Library, as it is in the wrong format (it should look like this: http://judyunger.files.wordpress.com/2013/03/liebster-a.jpg). I’ve gone ahead and found the Liebster Award images in your Media Library and I put one of them in for you. I hope that it looks OK on your home page!
