I need another blog on my own server

  I already have a blog on my own server, I installed WordPress on it almost a year ago. It works so well! The blog is in Italian. Now, I want to manage another blog, on the same server, with the same articles but translated in Italian.

  Do I have to re-install another WordPress package in a different folder on my server? Or is there a quicker practice? Can the both blogs share the same db (with different tables, of course)?

  What is the quicker and most effective, recommanded way to proceed in my situation?
