  WP just refunded a charge that i disputed, but I see another charge that I would like to have refunded Feb 23, 2018 but no longer see a chat button.

  Hello! You may be able to request a refund and/or cancel services on your Purchases page.

  Direct support is a paid plan feature, so if you cancelled your paid plan that could explain why the chat option is no longer available.
