I need assistance establishing my homepage

    I have built my website but my Home page is not showing in the pages section. Because of that my posts are going to a WP created designation. I don’t want to ‘recreate’ this site as it was fairly labor intensive. I also have created specific pages with categories and links to these pages that I want the posts to go to as well. The links appear on MY homepage. I think that if I had the homepage in the right place I could select this as a parent for the categories and then the posts would go to each specifically designated site.

    Hey there, I can’t access the preview URL you sent because your site isn’t hosted here on our services. I think I can point you in the right direction, though:

    Can you contact your host to let them know Mod_Security is blocking this?

    Also, note your home page has to be published and public before it can be set up as the home page for your site. Your other option is to just show your latest posts.

    thank you- I was able to figure it out on my own. I do have another problem. I am trying to update a newly created page but am getting this error

    Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response

    Apologies, but as my colleague mentioned above, we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host sassaleeyours.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

    To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

    Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at your current provider. As a result, we do not have access to your site and are not familiar with the source of your issue.

    You definitely have the option to move your site to us so we can provide in-house help, but as it stands now, we cannot help since it is hosted elsewhere.
