  I haven’t logged into my account for over five months because I lost my phone and could not authenticate. I have access to the phone now and I cannot remember the email address or username. The email address that I thought I used is not in the system or so your system reports. Can you please provide me with my email address or username. I can answer any question you may have to prove ownership. Please help soon as I only have limied access to this phone.

  It appears you are referring to https://qualityleadstoday.com/, is that correct?

  If so, you seem to be logged into a different WordPress.com account than the one that owns the site, https://qualityleadstoday.com/.

  You would need to log out of  @jkelly996e99ad5a and log into the correct account to access the site.

  If you don’t remember what account you used, you can use the transaction ID on Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:
