  I need assistance with three issues. The first regards podcasting. I am trying to determine – after I construct a podcast in Audacity – how I can publish it to iTunes using WordPress.

  My second issue is that I just reactivated my blog – Our Free 50.com – and made a post which I published. However, in checking facebook, I do not see it. Can you tell me why and how to correct it?

  The third and last question whether or not I can specify individuals under sharing, as opposed to the general sites. In other words, ‘to the following individuals on Facebook’ etc.

  You can follow the steps in our Podcasting guide to get your podcast ready to submit to iTunes. If you get stuck on any of the steps in that guide, please let me know!

  When you publish a post, you can choose which social media sites you want to publicize that post on by checking or unchecking the boxes next to each service in the post editor. I looked at your most recent post, and Facebook was deselected there so the post wasn’t sent out to Facebook.

  No, Facebook doesn’t have a way for WordPress.com to automatically send your posts to specific individuals — you can only send them to your Facebook profile or a Facebook page. However, if you use the Facebook sharing button at the bottom of your post to share that post on Facebook, there you can choose to share it with a specific person.
