  Hi there,

  When you login your WordPress.com site, just go to “My Sites” which is on the top left-hand side of your screen, then select the site which you want to “Pay or Upgrade” for.

  You’ll find two options one which is “Plan” click on that, and another one is you’ll be able to see the notification which says “Upgrade” you can also click on that option.

  Also, feel free to let us know if the issue is that your payment option isn’t in dollars – staff can adjust the currency to dollars if that is the case. :)
