I need Classic for my blog. I can not maneuver without it.

Please help me have Classic stick to my blog quiltofmissingmemories.wordpress.com. I’m desperate!

My understanding is that WordPress are looking into this, as the new editor has proved extremely unpopular with MANY WordPress.com users.
It is possible to still access the classic editor with the menu on the left hand side in the dashboard :
Posts –> Add New
It’s also possible to force your browser to use the classic editor instead of the new one – http://diaryofdennis.com/2015/03/24/how-to-force-a-redirect-to-the-classic-wordpress-com-editor-interface/
Personally I’m using the prior of the two options, as, simply, it’s easier.

Please read what Staff said here on March 18th, 2015:
The Classic Editor will continue to exist in wp-admin. We know some users prefer to use this editor, so we want you to have access to it, instead of phasing it out with the new version of the Dashboard. However, a link to the Classic Editor will not return to the New Editor. Why are you entering your username as a tag? Staff have to remove inappropriate tags and it’s a time waster. I can help you locate all posts you have ever made to these support forums. On the top right hand corner of every forum page you wee welcome doncharisma click that link. Or click the member link under your username in any forum thread. -

Hi again and thanks, in advance, for your cooperation. You can remove any tags you placed in the sidebar of any threads provided they are open threads. I’m expecting that Staff will follow-up and remove any tags on Topics closed threads that we members cannot remove. -

For clarity the thread I linked to is 3 months old and as such is one that is Topic closed, so I had to provide the link for Staff to know which one to remove the tag from. -
@timethief – understood. Still we’d like the other inappropriate references to Don Charisma removed due to CofC, we would be obliged if you can help :)

I don’t know which ones you mean but I so expect that Staff will simply delete all this conversation between us here and in other threads after they confirm the tag removal and/or remove tagging in Topic closed threads. If that doesn’t happen you can contact theme directly. See here https://en.support.wordpress.com/help-support-options/ and there’s always
help@wordpress.comthat can be used if we don’t have upgrades. -
