I need customer suport for a domain hosted through WordPress.

    I paid for a Domain through tumblr, last year. I know these domains are hosted through WordPress, and was hoping they would be more helpful than tumblr’s customer support (Who haven’t answered yet).

    I need my domain back up and running as it hosts my portfolio. The issue is the bank account with which I paid for the first year, was RBC in Canada, which I’ve moved from. But the websites payment methods deny every card I have here in Spain, I’m amazed that Automatic the parent company behind both websites, is so keen on making it hard to pay them.

    Please any help on how to get my page back up and running, or contacting the people in question would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @ararojart,

    I understand how frustrating this situation must be. The payment issue might be caused by the original currency (CAD) conflicting with your current EUR payment method, as WordPress typically uses geolocation to determine the currency. In many cases, support can manually adjust currency updates.

    I’ve tagged this thread with modlook to get the attention of the WordPress staff. However, since your domain was originally purchased through Tumblr, I’m not entirely sure if WordPress support will be able to assist in this specific case.
