I need direct help

  Hello, I am trying to set up a WP blog and I am having a number of issues I been trying to resolve for the last few days and I am beginning to think WP.com is not the place for this venture. I cannot get my post to display the image in the post which is my preference but even the Blog picture set under general not coming through for starters. I also seen Google analytics will not work on WP.com which is a much needed feature so I can track the remaining social media sites that will go with this venture. If I upgrade to a Pro account is this still the case and cannot use google analytics?

The first place they tend to display is here in the forums and I see your Gravatar here.   You ought to be able to upload files in two ways: by going to Media → Add New from your dashboard http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/media-add-new/ or by clicking the new Add Media button right above the editing area of a page or a post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-media/

  That refers only to Gravatar images and not to images in posts. You’re welcome.

  All right. It was FB causing!!!

  I just changed the url for the post and tried again and bingo.
