I NEED DOMAIN MAPPING HELP WITHOUT BUYING PREMIUM!

  hi there,

  I’m really new to all of this.

  1) I bought a domain on Godaddy and I pointed it to a free, registered wordpress.com site (i.e. .wordpress.com)

  2) I cannot seem to it to reflect as the domain that I wanted it to be

  3) it wont let me map my domain. It says that I have to buy premium, which i do not want. somebody please help

  Hello,

  The free version of WordPress.com doesn’t support custom domain names, you can check out the plans here.

  You options would be to go for a premium or business subscription, or go for a self-hosted WordPress installation and point your domain name to that. If you decide to got for the self-hosted, you can read the guide on how to go about it here.
