I need full refund

    I purchased the plan this morning and just cancelled a few hours later. But you only returned me part of my full payment. Can I get my full C$142.38 back.

    Thank you for contacting WordPress.com. I have checked your account and see that you have canceled the WordPress.com plan but still has an active domain transfer subscription.

    You can cancel the domain transfer subscription from the purchases for the rest of the refund: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

    Hello, as statement in my post, I cancelled the subscription on the day itself but only got confirmation of C$122.04 refund, other than my original C$142.38.

    Can you please help get my entire C$142.38 back.

    Oh I see what you mean. So I cancelled the domain transfer too that gives me back C$18, but it’s still not C$142.38.

    I have issued a refund for the rest C$20.34 after the domain transfer subscription.

    The refund may take up to 4-10 working days to appear in your account and in some regions it may take more than 2 weeks. You can find the copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    If you haven’t received the refund even after the said time, let us know and we’ll take a look.

I recommend checking the refund policy for your plan under your WordPress account settings or contacting WordPress.com support directly to clarify the partial refund.
