  I cannot access my website because it indicates that my domain exported 4 days ago. They indicated that the person who set up the account, knewance, was notified. He was my computer specialist and he is in jail now and unreachable. How can I renew my domain.

  Hi There,
  Here is a great support site that can walk you through gaining access to your site again. Do you have access to the original email that it was set up with? If not, there are other options.
