I am soooo confused! I already have a WordPress site which I created through my hosting service (Inmotion) and I’m just trying to purchase a WooCommerce service, but I can not figure out if I have a WordPress.com account associated with my website or if I need to link this account with the already existing site. It has taken a couple of days just to find this account! The structure of having separate logins for WordPress.org dashboard and WordPress.com is insane! Also, not being able to buy a WooCommerce plugin through my dashboard is even more insane!! I am nearly at my wits end. Can you find out whether there is already a WordPress.com account associated with seerystrings.com (not seerystrings.wordpress.com)? If there is, I would need help recovering that account. Thank you!

Hi there, if you are talking about some of the bundles that are offered by WooCommerce, the best way to proceed is to install the Jetpack Plugin and connect it to your WordPress.com account. Once you do that, all should go smoothly.
If you are just talking about buying some of the WooCommerce plugins, that does require a WordPress.com account as WooCommerce is part of WordPress.com.
