I need help

    Hey I actually own the site leannebarriball.uk, but the login details for this site I am messaging through and my actual wordpress page seem to be crossing over. I cant actually log into the account that I am paying for on my laptop only on my phone. When I have tried to login using the details on my phone it just comes to this page. This page is me as well but I obviously don’t use it. I use the premium account linked to leannebarriball.uk. I am confused as to what to do to rectify the problem. My laptop got wiped so I lost the automatic log in details. I can show you my account bill if you need it. Many thanks

    Don’t worry, I’ll try and help you get this sorted. Please try working through these steps on the laptop you are unable to login from:

    1. Log out of WordPress.com from the My Profile page.
    2. Clear your browser cache.
    3. Clear WordPress.com cookies.
    4. Log back in to WordPress.com using the email address the purchase receipt for leannebarriball.uk was sent to.

    Does that help or are you still unable to access the other account?
