  I keep getting the message that I don’t have a WP site. Of course I do… Ergo, I cannot log in, contact anyone, make changes, verify that I have upgraded.

  We have been trying to help you the past months but you never followed up. As you have a paid plan, you can use the transaction ID to restore access to your site at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

  The page for the log in doesn’t even appear; how can I log in without a log-in page? Thanks!

  Please reveal the full address of the site you are trying to reach. You have another username/account that will reach it..

  I can see how this problem can be annoying. Try these steps:
  1 – Try to enter in Your Account. By clicking that link you’ll should be able to see the log in page. If it doesn’t show up, then you have a different problem (tell us what you see). If the page appears, then log in to your WordPress Account.

  If continues saying that you don’t have an account, maybe you closed it or was closed by third parties. When the WP Account is closed, all sites are deleted. If you were able to log in, go to the next step.

  2 – Go to Account Settings and, rigth beneath your email adress, you’ll see your Primary Site and the web adress.

  If there’s no Primary Site, then you don’t have one. Maybe because you unintentionally deleted it or the site is linked to another email.

  See if it works and get back to us. If you see that your account or site was deleted, tell us ASAP with the URL or the domain with which you need help.
