  i want to create a social network site for FREE! using wordpress i can’t install plugins? i have NO idea on how to install wordpress, i have all the files on my computer but i dont no were to put them and there is no installation.exe! i try reading the instructions on the 5 minute install but i havn’t got a clue! i need help

  wrong site. you need to go to wordpress.org. WordPress.com does not allow plugins
