  I accidentally refunded my domain now it’s parked and mapped please help

  It looks like you transferred in that domain on October 15th. Is your intent to use the domain here at WordPress.com?

  Thanks. It looks like you have several support requests open; that can make things pretty confusing for you as well as our staff, so please be sure to reply to an existing request rather than opening a new one.

  I can see you bought a monthly plan. The monthly plan does not come with a free domain transfer, and you were already refunded for the annual plan.

  One of my colleagues sent an invoice for the transfer. Can you go ahead and pay that so we can restore the domain? You will want to act quickly so the domain does not go into redemption.

  Just noting I’ve closed a few of the extra tickets, and have re-sent the email invoice. Please watch for that and pay it as soon as possible. If the domain goes into redemption it can be difficult and costly to get it back.
