  Please someone tell me when somoone follow my blog on wordpress.com where i can see his emaill adress ?

  You can go to http://WordPress.com, click on the My Stats tab. In the lower left corner you’ll see the Totals, Followers, and Shares box.

  From there you can click on the links under the Follower numbers.
