  I want to have people to can chat on my blog like mybroadband forum
  service or that can like this ask for help or chat about movies and series . Check out my site databooks.wordpress.com please help me

  At present there are no chatboxes I am aware of that can be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  There is no FTP access and we cannot install chatboard or forum plugins for security reasons. They are only for WordPress.org installs and can’t be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  There no message board, forum or wiki that you can embed into a free hosted WordPress.com blog. You have three free forum options: http://onecoolsitebloggingtips.com/2012/04/23/wordpress-com-forum-options/
