  I already have a site with your company but it says I dont have one and when I tried to log in with my username and password it says I don’t exist. my username is xxxxxx and my password is xxxxxxxx and I have had a site on brainhost.com since last month. I have been accessing my site through your site. So what is going on here?

  Hosted on brainhost.com

  You need to go to your host and log in with your username and password to edit your site. I removed both your username and password to protect your account, but please change your password IMMEDIATELY or some spam bot will access your site, just as I did.

  Never, please, never post your passwords on public forums.

  OK, so now to the core of the issue:
  You need to understand the difference between
  WordPress.COM
  and
  WordPress.ORG
  http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Yours is a wp.ORG self-hosted site.
  You may be using your wp.COM account in order to have Jetpack on your site. (I don’t know because I only logged in for a second and did not do anything else.)

  But if you want to edit your site, you need to sign in with your wp.ORG username and password.
