Contact the owner of the blog. WordPress cannot help you only the owner of the blog can.

Im sorry but I think Im blocked.I need advices about how to contact the owner of the blog.I know only that on his site he has this name “kapherus”.I don’t understand the rules about how to use the wordpress.I wish I can delete my account here but it seems is not possible.so if there is somebody who can help me about how to contact the owner of my favourite site I really appreciate it.

It may or may not be temporary, however the site owner has set their blog to private. She might be working on it and doesn’t want it accessed right now while she is making some changes.
Come back to her site maybe tomorrow? and see if she has it back to being public.
Users of blogs at wordpress have the option of having their blog public or private. Her blog was public, now it is private. It’s not anything you are doing wrong, I cannot view it either. You simply cannot view a private blog unless the owner of that blog has given you the user log on and password. Unless she has chosen to keep her blog private forever, she may make it public again. Right now it is private and not accessible.
