  I have a the current website and i would need to design it to http://australia108.ondicomdigital.com/

  i have the documents and files with me.

  i am not very sure on how to do it even viewing a number of videos in youtube it doesnt help.

  any chances someone can guide me?

  Hi there, are you trying to make your WordPress site (australia108.wordpress.com) look like your main website (australia108.ondicomdigital.com)?

  If so then you can pick from any of the themes that offers the functionality you want but you will need the custom design upgrade (part of the premium plan) so that you can edit the CSS. This is quite technical so if it’s not something you’re comfortable doing yourself you might want to consider hiring someone to do the work for you.

  If you’re just asking about australia108.ondicomdigital.com then you should try at the WordPress.org forums as that site is not hosted here (and here’s how the two differ).
