  I saw in the other weblogs that when we put our mouse on the header picture, It will change. those people had silver is the new black theme.

  You need to have a css upgrade to do that, I think.

  Definitely. And you will have to work out the instructions on your own or email the people who’ve put it on their blogs, if you can’t find anything in the forums.
