i need help about contacting wordpress because they steal my money

  hi wordpress ask me for 18 dollars to mapping my exist domain with onlydomain and here is my domain name http://www.iembassy.net and i did that with word press and they charge me for 18 dollars and after that my mapped domain appear and yesterday i realize they remove it from my blog domain setting . my blog is http://www.ismailiaembassy.wordpress.com and i dont know why wordpress did that to me and how come they take money from me and then remove my mapped domain and keep the free wordpress domain , im very upset

  please i need to contact anybody in wordpress administration or email them

  Hi there,

  We sent you an email about your domain two days ago. If you didn’t receive it, it might be in your email’s spam folder.

  There was a problem with your domain registration. According to our records you did pay $18 to register a new domain, but as that domain was already registered elsewhere the registration failed.

  We issued a refund for the full $18 two days ago, so it should appear in your account within the next few days.

  If you still want to use that domain with your site, you can try adding it again, but please make sure that you select the mapping option, not the register option:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  Was a misunderstanding from your side I did mapped my domain I already owned and I paid 13 $ not 18$ I wrote eighteen above by mistake , I didn’t register a new domain ever , I mapped my iembassy.net with you and you can ask onlydomain.com about my configuration its on WordPress DNS

  i hope you understand what im talking about , i never register a domain name with wordpress , my domain is registered with onlydomain.com and i already mapped my wordpress blog with onlydomain iembassy.net domain and paid 13$ us dollars few day ago ok please let the customer service review my account and billing and the will see it must be a mistake by your side to remove my mapped domain

  I understand exactly what you are talking about. However, our records show an attempted domain registration, and that we received a payment of $18 that has already been refunded.

  If you go look at your purchase history page you will see the receipt for a domain registration for $18 and another receipt for the refund, dated 15 December:

  You can also contact PayPal directly, as they handle all our transactions, and give them the transaction numbers in those receipts to confirm.
