I need help accessing my name servers for my domain.

  I need to edit them because I want my Wix website to use the domain. When I go to my domains and try to access them there is an error that says ‘Can’t fetch name servers’ I tried clearing my cache and that didn’t work. Can someone at WordPress help me?
