  I have two site one paid on free but I can not access my paid site djbeacham.com. please help. this is my 3rd attempt contacting support

  The site, djbeacham.com, is registered under a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from here.

  I believe this is why you are having trouble finding it.

  To help you locate the correct credentials I have sent an email to the email address on that account.

  Hi Liz,
  I got your email and I think the issue is that in 2015 I created a free WordPress site (email visible only to moderators and staff) then on January 6th 2017 I purchased a business site djbeacham.com using the same email address on both accounts. I have deleted my free account but for some reason I can not access or manage my paid account. Something is mixed up.
