I need help amending orders on Woocommerce?

On my website woocommerce is inter-grated into our factory management system. Its working really well, but I have two orders which have errors and will not import correctly creating error messages, but the funds have been collected from the customer and so we have processed their orders manually. How do I now amend these orders in woocommerce to stop the error messages occurring. Can I trash the order with a re-fund occurring as it has been full-filled manually instead or will that refund the customer?

There’s not really a way to send it offline, but here’s why we ask:
If you’re using our managed hosting service, you’re likely logged into the wrong account as we don’t see any sites on this account. Once you’re logged into the right account, you can contact support privately over chat.
If you’re using your own copy of WordPress through a different host, these aren’t the correct forums. You’ll want to use https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce instead.
