I need help and all I am getting is a run around

I have been locked out of my two blog sites ever since setting up Gravatar this morning. I am totally frustrated and need help. I can’t get to either dashboard or write a blog. I am told I do not have an account yet.

I have two WordPress blog sites: marilynrholloway.wordpress.com and mkmmamarilynholloway.wordpress.com — after a lot of trouble involving an incorrect e-mail address and having to set up another e-mail account to get into Gravatar, I was eventually able to get to Gravatar and set up some of my profile. Since then I cannot get to either dashboard or write a blog!!! I am told “you don’t have an account yet” I HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS AND I WANT TO USE THEM. Furthermore, I seem to be totally unable to connect to anyone on your system to get this sorted out. This is totally unreasonable and unacceptable. Are you signing in with the right account? I see there is also marilynrholloway (with the r in the middle)

I set up a WordPress account over a year ago as marilynrholloway.wordpress.com Recently I started an on-line course with Master Key Master Mind Alliance which requires a blog site with WordPress, so I set up another blog: mkmmamarilynholloway.wordpress.com Today I had some problems setting up Gravatar which involved having to change my e-mail address, when eventually I was able to get in an put in a profile picture, I was not able to get into my WordPress account, being told with both sites that I “don't yet have an account”.

my pleasure – I looked at things and got confused early and I don’t pay much attention to Gravature and whatever – just put in a picture someplace and it worked – so thought the staff should be able to help and that giving some sort of boilerplate or some links would work here – the staff are good with these issues

I urgently need to get this resolved. I am required to post a blog for the by Thursday for the course I am doing, or I will lose my scholarship. Please respond as soon as possible.

Staff respond to all threads tagged with modlook for their attention in datestamp and timestamp order. They will respond here as as soon as they reply to threads that were tagged previous to this one.

Hi, I had to log in as you to doublecheck this. :) The message you’re seeing says do not have any sites yet. This is because you’ve just created this new account; the sites are under a different account.
But if you’ll sign out of this account, then sign into your older one, you’ll be able to access the two sites and make your blog post.
Then, if you’d like, you can grant access to the new account too, so that you’ll be able to work on the sites regardless of which account you’re using to log in. We have more information here:
