I need help as I don't find my theme responsive

  Hi,
  I am using the ClassifiedEngine theme for building my website Xpresslistings.com (similar to craigslist.com to help people search/buy/sell stuffs) and I have a couple of questions:
  1- My website is not working on mobile phones. I don’t get “Post ad” button or login button or any of the menus , etc. It is not responsive.
  2- I am facing problem in “location” selection. As I select one location and try to search stuffs then next time when I try to change the location it doesn’t change.
  3- Also it is very slow sometimes. I have just started building it and don’t have much data, still it is running slow. I wonder when people will post there ads and the site would hold a lot of data then how slow will the website work?
  4-I wanted to know how does the database work? Can you help me understand? When someone is posting the ad where it is saved and how is the process of retrieval?
  5- While posting an ad the Category selection is not looking good , as one selects a category option then that should come in the text box . There is just a dot(.) before the category name that changes the color.I want it to be like the way one selects the location.
  6- I also want to change the fonts and the font color of all the pages. Every word is very light and faded hence difficult to read. I want it black and bold.
  7-How to customize the pages?
  8-I want a fully fledged website something similar to craigslist.com. How do I do that? Can you please help me building this website? Will you be able to fix all the problems I am facing and guide me with the steps to be followed or any coding required?
