  Can you cancel my jetpack and I would like a refund

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  I am not seeing any Jetpack upgrade under the account you are contacting from. Are you trying to disconnect a Jetpack site from your WordPress.com account? If so, I am not seeing a site under your account either.
